Responsibility | Design reproducible training, inference and evaluation experiments
Responsibility | Build datasets, knowledge bases and evaluation standards
Responsibility | Turn research results into testable prototypes with engineering and product teams
Requirement | PhD in CS, AI or a related field, or equivalent research ability
Requirement | Strong foundation in NLP, computer vision or reinforcement learning
Preferred | Strong papers, open-source work, LLM or multimodal research

Own model training, inference optimization, deployment and online evaluation across products.

Requirement | Bachelor's degree or above and 3+ years in product or experience design
